The FTC has issued guiding principles urging "every website" collecting information for behavioral marketing to provide a privacy policy and give consumers a choice to opt out of tracking and the new language about sensitive information. After a brief overview of the most recent actions by the FTC, our panel of experts will then discuss the latest trends and issues in online behavioral marketing and the privacy issues that threaten them.
