Elizabeth Boyd is the Acting Chief of Staff for the Electronic Tax Administration at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). She is responsible for the electronic initiatives for the IRS, with a specific concentration on the marketing, communications and brand management for IRS's electronic tax filing programs.
Michael Cosgrove, L+As Executive Vice President, is a psychologist with more than 30 years of experience implementing marketing programs for government agencies. He has led the strategic planning process on numerous social marketing campaigns and he is currently managing the firms national campaign contract with IRS promoting electronic filing.
