"As president and co-founder of Neolane, Stephan Dietrich has extensive experience growing businesses from the ground up with a proven record of success in high tech start-ups. As president, Stephan is responsible for driving Neolane’s corporate vision, worldwide marketing strategy, product management and international business development.
Stephan co-founded two enterprise software companies before launching Neolane.
Most recently, Stephan was president and co-founder of Cubicsoft, where he was responsible for managing their day to day operations. While there, Stephan was able to build a team of 25 people, while breaking even and projecting revenues of seven-figure revenue streams in just its second year of business.
Prior to Cubisoft, Stephan was the co-founder and vice president of AGDS, where he helped to drive marketing and business development strategies. AGDS was acquired by Peregrine Systems in 1996 and later acquired by HP in 2006. "

Guillaume Pech-Gourg is Head of Content and Customer Relationship Management for EMI Music, where he leads CRM strategy development and execution. Prior to taking on his current role, Pech-Gourg was CRM Manager for EMI Music. Before joining EMI, Pech-Gourg was e-CRM Manager at Universal Music. He holds a marketing degree from the ESCP-EAP, European School of Management, and also studied online marketing and data mining at Stanford University in California.
