Larry Goldman has over 15 years experience in database marketing, Customer Relationship Management, business intelligence, and analytics. A well-known speaker and author, he has been a monthly contributor to DM Review for almost 10 years. Goldman has worked across many industries aligning and optimizing sales and marketing processes.

Thomas Hayden is Director of Marketing Systems for SAGE, a leading international publisher of journals, books, and electronic media. He has been with SAGE for over ten years in various Marketing and IT roles. For the past five years, he has led the development of SAGE's database marketing, corporate Web Sites, and e-mail marketing programs. This included the identification of online and offline strategies and tactics, the selection and implementation of technologies to support marketing and sales, and the development of a Marketing Systems group to support execution of marketing activities. Prior to joining SAGE, Mr. Hayden was responsible for developing and managing marketing communications programs for Information Technology vendors and High Tech software providers.
