Just over a year ago, the idea of creating a community of developers to enhance SunGard Higher Education products started a cascade of activities that have led to enhanced functionality in SunGard products, customer-oriented Developer’s Guides, the first Code Camps and a new Shared Code Repository. Already, many technology and business professionals are contributing their time and their expertise to Community Source. This is an exciting time for those of us who believe that the knowledge of developers and users who use SunGard systems every day can, through the Community Source Initiative, benefit the entire SunGard customer community.
