How we use an Argos report for staff to manage student accounts. Information on this report includes balance, estimated financial aid, registration, student status, holds, housing status, address, phone and email. We also developed a coding system on SGAUSDF to identify cohorts of students, such as 3rd party billing accounts, payment plans, employee dependents, etc. The report helps us to identify the group of students with the greatest needs, and empowers counselors to make decisions and determine the best course of action.
