This session is designed to show the relationship between the functional user and IT in order to be successful in the development of Workflows. Learn how to develop successful workflows and the key players responsible for ensuring successful implementation. Also see the results of successfully developed Workflows ranging from Official Grade Changes, Change of Majors to Course Substitutions. The Workflows developed by APSU has increased staff productivity and improved customer service not only to our students but also to our faculty and advisors.
