Aligning Banner's prospect management tools and reports with the Advancement department's evolving business needs using a simplified approach has been a challenge. This session will present how we implemented web tools and procedures for our Development team to manage a prospect's projects and to track related moves, contacts and performance in Banner Advancement. Sample codes and reports will be presented.
