The Texas A&M Foundation is using Advance's Planned Gift screens to capture planned giving activity to Texas A&M University. With a bit of modification, we are able to track the expected values, the realized amounts, and the beneficiaries of these gifts. This presentation will cover the planned gift entry process, the automation we have implemented to ease entry, the reconciliation of realized gifts, as well as the reporting solutions we have created to track the total dollars of planned giving to Texas A&M University.
