This session will be focus on creating the right KPIs and aligning them to the right goals, functions, and supporting processes, in order to effectively use them to measure success. Furthermore, we will discuss what kinds of data elements need to be identified for accurate BI-focused reporting, as well as how to develop the most appropriate reports and dashboards to support Institutional KPI reporting.
