This presentation will describe how payment processing has changed at Centennial College. One of the many challenges that we faced was the required change to our on-line payment credit card processing due to Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. With a growing enrollment and the need to process a large volume of transactions Centennial College's Accounts Receivable Department was faced with the need to automate several different payment streams while leveraging Banner's Accounts Receivable module. Using baseline functionality we were able to integrate payments seamlessly to our AR module. Our Enrollment Services Department wanted to stop mailing our students their fees statements. How could they use existing functionality and store this information in Banner for students and staff to view.

These needs along with a communication strategy has enabled us to notify students of fees and payments electronically which is one of our environmental goals.
