This panel of experienced professionals will showcase how one large volume university has transformed its paper intensive admissions process into one that is virtually paperless. The presenters will explain strategies, goals and walk through implementation of the paperless environment. Banner, BDMS, Workflow and EMRx will all be discussed during this presentation.

Binghamton University enrolls over 15,000 students and receives over 28,000 applications for an entering freshman class of 2100 and an additional 3000 applications for a transfer class of 700. The admissions office and worked collaboratively with the University's Information Technology Services department to enhance the application experience for prospective students, admissions operations staff and admission counselors by utilizing third party systems, enhancements to Banner and streamlined processes.

Binghamton has transformed its undergraduate and graduate admissions operations with the use of vanilla Banner along with BDMS, Workflow and Reports Management.

Functional and technical expertise will both be presented as we feel that the collaborative effort is vital in the success of each phase of the implementation.
