Financial Aid department at Gwynedd-Mercy College spent days, weeks and months in some cases manually processing Financial Aid packages for students. With assistance from the Admissions department by recording merit awards in PowerCAMPUS Financial Aid department and technical assistance from IT department Financial Aid Office was able to leverage this into an automated packaging algorithm that saved time and effort and dramatically increased the efficiency of the department and increased customer satisfaction.
