Plymouth State University (PSU) has leveraged Banner Workflow to completely rework how Work-Study students are hired. What was once a cumbersome, tricky, and time-consuming set of tasks often performed by different offices in different buildings has now been almost fully automated, deliverable over the web, and extraordinarily simple. We plan to share our process and logic and step through the workflow to illustrate each part of the process.
