Discover how Tarleton State University is utilizing Banner Relationship Management to replace communications plans. I will show you how we transitioned from only sending out letters to how we now use Banner Relationship Management to send out emails as well as letters. In this more efficient way we are able to better keep track of what we have sent the student from the prospect role to the applicant role.
