Keeping our Development Officers mobile while still getting necessary contact reports completed seemed impossible and filled with excuses. Principia spent 6 months breaking down what the officers needed and what we needed in our system to develop a solution that integrated with Banner Advancement 8. While our final tool is a custom solution the logic is the same and can be implemented in a variety of ways utilizing the tools you already have. Virtually any collection method can be used in conjunction with a script that loads the results into Banner from a csv file. We will share the best practices we learned along with the concerns and solutions we discovered during this project. We will also have examples of our tool and how you can easily implement your own tool, along with a look at SSB.
