The Bursar's office at Texas Tech experienced a large turnover within the first month of Banner implementation. The incoming staff found opportunities for increased testing, transition, training, and reporting. This talk will cover key components of a bursar's testing plan, the importance of the business process reviews, ideas for training internal staff, coordination needed with interfacing departments and identification of reporting.
