Training Faculty with new procedures, processes, and programs can be challenging. This session will cover some of the techniques and tools that Northwest University uses to communicate and train Faculty regarding the services available to them in Self-Service as well as the functions that they must complete through the system. With technology changing rapidly, training materials need to be flexible and adaptable to both the new user and well as the tenured professor.
