How do we collaborate and communicate with other departments? At San Jacinto College, the Office of Research and Institutional Effectiveness is bridging the gap between our department and others to nurture collaboration in order to meet the needs of our institution. The relationships needed to increase communication can affect all areas including students, faculty, administration and co-workers. We will share our strategies on how to overcome the challenges to accomplish goals. Tools for the development of partnership and communication will be discussed.
