Building Relationships Throughout the Enrollment Funnel Using the Banner Enrollment Management Suite (4431)
This session will outline one school's year long journey to build and sustain relationships from start to finish using Banner Relationship Management. For the fall 2010 incoming freshmen class various campaigns were built to increase participation in campus preview days and daily campus tours in addition to facilitating application conversion orientation registration and financial aid. Banner Recruiting and Admissions Performance complimented the processes by enabling us to keep a constant pulse on the activity being generated. As a result the campus was able to be proactive and intentional in its preparation for the largest freshman class in the university's 111 year history. As we embark on year two we are looking to expand our reach to current students with the Banner Relationship Management 1.4 so that we are in a better position to retain these students for the long-term.
