To measure effectiveness and make informed data based decisions, data must be accurate, consistent, useable, and accessible.

College of Saint Mary (CSM) has recently initiated a quality improvement project to develop a data management framework to help protect, control, deliver and enhance the value of data and information. The presentation will explore fundamental data management topics as well as discuss CSM's findings and recommendations.

The presentation will be particularly informative to users in small-to-medium sized institutions, who work with data and have struggled with accuracy and effeciency of systems.
