Learn how Lehigh University utilizes baseline attribute functionality as an extension of our Chart of Accounts to add reporting flexibility and enhance accounting controls. In addition to sharing examples of how attributes can be used, you will also learn how to set them up and assign them to FOAPAL elements. Lehigh converted from FRS Plus to Banner in 2001 and quickly learned how to apply their extensive use of attributes in FRS to Banner. Attributes allow you to define unlimited reporting elements in addition to the basic hierarchical structure of the FOAPAL elements in your chart of accounts.
