Did you purchase Workflow with Banner? Is it still sitting on your shelf unopened? Over the last year, Samford University has finally implemented Banner Workflow, and we now have our first process in production. We will go through the steps taken by our team that carried us from the idea of how this product could possibly resolve a problem, all the way to having the process up and running. We will tell you what we did right, but also explain what we did wrong, and show you some of our redesigns caused by our misconceptions about Banner Workflow. We were able to do more in the Federal Work Study workflow process than originally thought after becoming more familiar with of some tools in the Banner Workflow Modeler. After we discovered how powerful Banner Workflow actually was; our what if's became can do's.
