A Strategic Plan provides the framework that guides an institution or institutional entity toward the future, anticipating future trends, and formulating actions to meet predicted needs. This session will review a time-tested Strategy Management methodology to guide the development of institutional strategic plans that focus on the future needs of both the institution as a whole and its constituencies, e.g., students, faculty, staff, and the institutional community. Alignment with institutional goals, and appropriate state, federal, and accrediting agency guidelines are emphasized during this session.
