Description
This session will share the various functional and technical hurdles Auburn University faced when implementing Banner Relationship Management and the work-arounds that were developed to jump those hurdles. These hurdles include insights in daily processing from both the database and end-user sides of Banner Relationship Management and provides the solutions that Auburn put into place in order to continue efficient and effective operations. (The version of Banner Relationship Management that this presentation will be based upon is 1.5 assuming it is released by year-end.)
