Our College went through a complete implementation of PowerCAMPUS and Microsoft Dynamics, which has the main characteristic that was implemented completely in Spanish on the side of the Student (Portal and Self-Service) and in English on the administrative side, because we serve the Hispanic community in the U.S. and in Latin America. Another main characteristic is that our school is 100% Online and based on lead management for admissions, so we are making use of some of the modules in very different ways, including Online payment and synchronization between our LMS and PowerCAMPUS.

The implementation was for a school starting from zero, and it just took 4 months to be done, including the setup of the required software and infrastructure. The financial system is running with new alternatives of payment plan, that can depend on the profile of the student at the moment of admissions.

The presentation will be about the different characteristics of this specific implementation and how with the help of SunGard Higher Education we were able to run a new College, in Spanish, with the Back office in English and in just 4 months.
