Due to a number of circumstances Marshall University had only one month to implement and go live with Banner Relationship Management in March 2010. Members of the Office of Recruitment team will walk you through the highs and lows of their implementation process as well as share their plans for expanding the use of BRM throughout their campus. The message of this session is "If we can do it you can do it!" If you are considering moving to Banner Relationship Management or if you have just started implementation we hope to provide you with encouragement and inspiration as well as some practical advice.
