In an era of decreased budgets and cost cutting, higher education leaders recognize a need for timely and relevant information concerning institutional effectiveness and efficiency. This workshop will demonstrate how Cuyahoga Community College identified meaningful key performance indicators and developed a monitoring system that is allowing us to use institutional intelligence to support process improvements and successful execution of strategic goals.
