This presentation is a real story associated with scheduling. Kent State University (KSU) automated the building of their course schedules and reached an 85% room utilization rate, increased their operational efficiencies and brought clarity to their scheduling operations. Encouraged by such success the University embarked on further refining their scheduling process.
This interactive session is non-technical and provides examples from Kent State of how complex issues have implementable solutions. Find out how KSU evolved their scheduling operations and why scheduling today is one of the most important strategic step within Academic Affairs.
