At Rockford College we designed and implemented a new method of gathering faculty feedback for academic alerts. The new web-based tool simplifies entry for faculty which resulted in a dramatic increase in alert creation.
Customized reports enable individuals responsible for impacting retention to do so, by automating the gathering and compilation of data. The student population for which academic alerts are gathered was increased to encompass the entire student population, where only first year and athletic information was gathered previously. This session is for schools using Self Service and PowerCAMPUS 7.x.
