A powerful part of the PowerCAMPUS product line is the use of Self-Service. Northland implemented Self-Service on day one of our launch in August 2009. After more than a year of use we have dug into the many aspects of Self-Service that empower our Faculty, Staff and Students. Our goal is to give an overview of the product, issues to consider during implementation of Self-Service, examples of how we have used the Self-Service features at Northland and what we are doing to extend the capabilities to meet our institutional goals. This demonstration will focus on versions 7.21 and 7.3x.
