Postage can be a real drain on a university budget. One of my goals assigned this year was to make the admissions decision notification process completely electronic. Using Baseline, delivered processes along with UC4 (specifically GLBDATA, a little SQL job, SURLOAD, and SOREMAL), we were able to successfully automate this process and send all decisions via email to students. While this process can be run completely from Banner, UC4 Automation made it much more practical. Based on Student 8.3 and UC4 V8.0 with Rapid Automation Agent.
