Implementation of a vision oriented and an efficiency focused business process can result in greater quality of service. This presentation will demonstrate how Enrollment Services at Community College of Philadelphia consolidated Graduation Application/Degree Evaluation and Attendance Drop processes with a student centered vision and focus on cost efficiency. The presentation will also demonstrate the methodology that was used for business process analysis and how data within Banner was used to guide decisions. Banner Student 8, Oracle Hyperion, and AppWorx are utilized to accomplish the objectives. This non-technical session is ideal for Banner Student functional users.
