This session will cover stewardship of scholarship and fellowship funds. Specifically, we'll look at how stewardship data is entered and linked in Banner, how it's accessed via views and reports and what communications are done with donors, contacts and recipients as well as when these communications are scheduled.

This session will cover some technical information about which tables and forms we use for tracking donors, contacts, recipients, and staff. We also look at the reports and views we've created to extract the information. Examples of emails and letters to scholarship recipients and letters to donors and contacts for endowed scholarships will be presented. We'll describe the methods used to generate invitations to a Scholarship Recognition Event which introduces donors to the scholarship recipients. We'll discuss other letters, notices, and reports related to scholarship and fellowship funds. We'll also include a manual which outlines the steps taken by the Social Research Assistant to keep this information up-to-date and push the data out to major-gift officers and/or assigned staff.
