Come to this session to learn the ABC's of my training program at the University of St. Thomas. I will share information on tools such as SnagIt and Captivate and show examples of how I have used these for my training program. I'll also share information regarding training prior to upgrades and the process that we use for training new employees. There's no need to reinvent the wheel. I will share many items that you can use upon your return to your university.
