The University of Central Missouri went live with Banner Advancement in March 2005 and struggled using the Prospect and Moves management module. Learn how we re-evaluated business processes, industry definitions, and identified system and reporting needs to better utilize the Banner Prospect Management module. We are a "vanilla" Banner school (no modifications), currently on Banner Advancement INB 8.3.1, SSB 8.4.1 and General 8.3. We use Argos for reporting and Luminis for our Advancement Officer portal. We direct our fundraising staff to access Banner only through the Luminis portal (MyCentral) - using both INB forms and SSB information. Having gone live with new set up March, 2010, metrics will be shared of the progress of the project to date. Tips for lessons learned, staff training and involvement, and follow-up evaluation will be shared. Code for measures and the training manual will be shown and shared, if participants are interested.
