Assets are usually on the back burner of most institutions until they come up missing! Do you know where your Assets are? Portland State University's physical inventory of Fixed Assets has moved from pencil and paper to a scan and validate system. The purpose of this presentation is to bring Fixed Assets into the lime light, to discuss best practices, to demonstrate the effectiveness of inventory tools like scan and validate, and integration with Banner version 8.3 Fixed Asset module.
