Many different health care reform proposals and features have been considered in 2009. By Spring 2010, these proposals should be finalized. This session will focus on the specific implications of health reform for plans in the commercial segment (both individual and group), including steps that plans should take now to understand the impact of the changes and prepare for implementation.
