There’s a lot of “wow” factor in social media and the buzz often outweighs the reality of making social media a routine part of daily work life for any office or person. Many institutions make the leap to get involved with social media in a whirlwind – resting on the hope it will one day “settle down” and just naturally fit into the culture and process of daily work. This session focuses on the real world integration of social media tasks into existing environments – suggesting some best practices along with useful tips for what to do “after the honeymoon.”
