Even before the recession hit, universities have had increasing challenges getting employers on campus to recruit their students. Career Fair costs are high, but it still remains highly important for employers to visible on campus. Universum has recruited at least 3 top universities to be a part of a University Panel discussion. The discussion can be both for universities and employers to truly have a cross-dialogue to discuss similar challenges and best practices. What are the efforts that the universities have put in place to recruit top companies to get them back on their campus?
