In 2008, Chevron Corporation set forth to build a streamlined university partnership program to manage the 150+ school relationships it had world-wide. With no real understanding of the ROI or value of each of these relationships, it was important to build a model which would allow for metrics and management of each relationship. In this session, participants will learn how one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies developed its global University Partnership Program. We will share our story and in the process provide examples of the types of assessment tools and a governance models which can help you to assess your own program.
