What are some the challenges faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people in the workplace? How does an LGBT person know whether a company or business has equal and inclusive policies? What resources are available for LGBT employees and their straight allies who want to create a more comfortable atmosphere to work? A diverse group of professionals from the Out & Equal DFW Regional Affiliate will participate in an interactive panel discussion with on how to best find and foster inclusive workplaces, specifically for LGBT talent. They will also highlight the availability of LGBTCareerLink.com, an online career resource that links diversity-friendly employers with top LGBT talent.
