Employers want to hire candidates who have exceptional communication skills, teamwork, leadership ability, and a strong work ethic – all of the qualities that can be found in the competitive student athletes on your campus. This program will feature a discussion about the life and experiences of a typical student athlete, including some of the barriers that may prevent them from participating in traditional Career Services programs. With a better understanding of the unique challenges to serving this population, we will discuss proven, effective ways for you to connect to these students by using a 4-year developmental model that has helped us consistently reach over 95% of the student athletes in a division I athletics program.
