Best Practices for Recruiting Major Universities is a small group discussion session designed for recruitment professionals and delivered by the institutions representing the Big XII. A moderator will facilitate multiple small groups each led by a Big XII career services director discussing and exchanging best practices for Building your Brand On Campus, Promoting your Job Opportunities to Students, Connecting with Faculty, Connecting with Student Organizations and other topics upon request by attendees. Each small group will be facilitated by a member of a Big XII institution.
