Description
The unemployment rate difference between college graduates with disabilities and their peers without disabilities is staggering. Collaboration is key between a college or university's disability services and career services in offering career assistance for college students with disabilities. The presenters will introduce the Disability-Careers Office (DCO) model for assisting students with disabilities in their career development and employment preparation being used at the University of Tennessee.
