Learn new ways to teach essential "soft skills" and professional development to student interns and new hires. Using a series of model workshops designed for student interns, attendees will learn how to plan and launch a workshop series of their own, teaching skills like resume and cover letter development, interviewing and professional etiquette, career planning, and more. Sample topics, workshop modules and handout materials will be provided, along with comments and examples from a group of student interns who participated in a pilot workshop program in the summer of 2008.
