Integration of EA programs with disability management, absence management, worker's compensation, health insurance and other workplace services is a growing trend. Data from all these programs is often combined in a "data warehouse." This data is used for corporate cost-reduction initiatives, but this data can be mined in ways that compromise confidentiality. The panel will explore the ramifications for the EA profession.
