Time:

SPEAKER
:
Rochelle Mountany, Head: ICT and Business Intelligence, ICAS Southern Africa
Description
Increasingly, organizations with EAPs have been calling for efficacy measures of programmes, with a direct link to the bottom line of shareholders. A study conducted amongst the client base of ICAS Southern Africa (part of the international AXA/ICAS group) has sought to identify efficacy measures in highlighting the reduction in risk as a direct result of EAP intervention. Data over a 3 year period with a user population of over 130 000 employees is used. The findings shown that the EAP can be shown to directly decrease the impact on productivity and improve the bottom line from a performance perspective.
Objectives:
• identify impact measurements within EA data;
• demonstrate efficacy of EAP programmes from an impact perspective;
• apply analysis of business relevant impact measures.
