Through a series of activities, exercises, and assessments, explore innovative ways to facilitate understanding, solicit buy-in and reinforce behavioral norms throughout an organization. Learn how to present; proven, budget-wise, experiential approaches that address adult learning styles and increase retention. Session activity topics include: values, positive attributes, process improvement, problem solving, change and collaboration.
