Description
Explore the foundations of Experiential Learning. Facilitate the LEARNING that comes as a result of the DOING - an interactive, kinesthetic approach. Demonstrate ways to combine Organizational Development and Employee Assistance strategies and skills to maximize results. Through a series of activities, exercises, and assessments, explore innovative ways to facilitate understanding, solicit buy-in and reinforce behavioral norms throughout an organization. Learn how to present; proven, budget-wise, experiential approaches that address adult learning styles and increase retention. Session activity topics include: values, positive attributes, process improvement, problem solving, change and collaboration.
Objectives:
• utilize alternative approaches to adult learning;
• easilly replicate proven, budget-wise, experiential approaches to address adult learning styles and increase retention;
• present organizational concepts in creative ways to achieve greater buy-in.
