Description
Many multinational employers have been challenged by the growing issues of workplace stress, cultural conflicts, work/life balance, time management and other emotional health issues. This program will address these questions: If you are asked to develop EA services in an emerging market how will you begin? How do you conduct a cultural assessment of needs, find qualified professional resources, train key people in EA practice, create appropriate access within culturally sensitive guidelines? The presenter has developed EA services in 37 different countries in Asia, Latin America and Europe and will share the lessons learned in putting these programs in place.
Objectives:
• analyze the cultural elements of an employee population related to EA service delivery;
• organize a basic EA training program to enhance the knowledge of local professional resources;
• demonstrate knowledge of networking options in emerging markets/countries.
